I've stayed here a lot because it's affordable and you can get a smoking room. Usually it's not bad, you get what you pay for. This week long stay, the bed was only made twice and the floor was not swept AT ALL.

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff. I think you should give a discount or free parking for people staying at the hotel. The cost to parks adds up quick.

The only real things to raise are:
1) pick a room away from Baum Ave. because there is quite a bit of traffic noise and it does not make for good night’s sleep, and
2) the windows were either slightly dirty or an fogged up (I could not tell) and hence the view was a bit obscured.

Five star hotel a block or so away from one of the bridges crossing the river directly to PNC Park. Perfect location, very nice place. Certainly our “go to“ when traveling to Pittsburgh. You won’t be disappointed.

"Quiet, clean sheets and room. Bathroom ceiling was peeling, room worn like a college town hotel but staff nice. Needed to stop and sleep on our trip and this hotel worked for the night. Typical hotel breakfast you find across the country -bacon, sausage patty, scrambled eggs, toast and waffles."
