The location is excellent just a few steps from the cornish and the fountain. Parking is challenging. I requested an early check-in and provided my arrival time. despite they confirmed by email the availability of the room, it was not ready when I arrived and I had to wait for 3 hours. The apartment needs renovation. The painting is torn off and the bathtub is cracked. toilet cover was missing in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen lacks all amenities except an old fridge and a non-working stove. They provided a kettle and a microwave upon our request. The staff is nice and helpful but the problems seem out of their hands.
