It should not be listed as a hotel, it even has a big legally CLOSED sign, by tourism authorities; not sure how they are still operating. No towels, no breakfast, AC is continuously ON, shower & WC are dirty

I travelled to Jeddah from Riyadh after spending the day at the warehouse. All flights from Flydeal were running late including mine. I landed in Jeddah around 11pm (4 hours late) and reached hotel around 12:30 after having dinner etc. To my shock, I found the hotel in general and the room in specific extremely dirty and unfit for work stay. 1. The carpet in the room had marks all over and was visibly dirty 2. The chairs were blackened by dirt and there was dirt on most of the furniture 3. There was no water or towels in the room 4. There was water all over the Washroom floor around the toilet along with water leaking from the bathing tap 5. There were used slippers in the room. 6. Wifi was not working It was so much more difficult as the staff did not speak or understand English and had to call his assistant who was moving without mask. This place can give you all kinds of health issues including covid. Hope others don't go through the troubles and are exposed to the health hazards I have been exposed to.
