Jeanne Rimsky Theater Tours and Activities

Great customer service as soon as we walked in and throughout our stay. From the doorman to the registration desk, we felt welcome. The room was clean. Fun and spacious rooftop bar via the hotel elevators. Not a bad walk from the subway.

The Williams was somewhat old an tired. While you enter into a lively first floor, the upper floors where the hotel rooms are located give off a concrete jungle kind of prison vibe. Concrete floors absent carpeting and a white paint scheme showing lots of bumps and marks throughout did not improve what was already an austere decor. Carpeting in rooms and hallways would help. There was a significant lack of outlets for charging electronics. The room was a decent size for Midtown Manhattan, but was completely devoid of warmth or charm.
