"I stayed in the Pyramid King Corner Suite for three nights, and unfortunately the room was very outdated and not worth the high price. The shower door would not stay closed, the toilet seat would not stay up when needed, and, most frustratingly, there was no hot water for two days. I called the front desk about the hot water issue and was told maintenance would be sent, but no one ever arrived. With so many inconveniences during my stay, it made it very difficult to enjoy the hotel, especially considering how expensive it was."
