"The apartment was easy to find. Parking lot was small. There was available parking on the street. The refrigerator made noise when running. I texted the manager and received a immediate response. They had someone come and look at refrigerator while we out of apartment. When we returned the refrigerator still made the noise. "

" We had a great stay at this home in St. Charles. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a very welcoming feel right when we arrived. It was clear a lot of care has gone into making it a nice place to stay.Communication with the hosts was easy and appreciated — thank you for being so responsive and for sharing your home with us.There were just a couple of small maintenance items we noticed during our stay, which we shared directly, but nothing that took away from our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!"
