- Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Grand Lake. Our lakefront property sits on 7 wooded acres and is perfect for families or groups of friends. For your convenience, there is a single slip boat dock on-site that guests can use to park their boat or simply swim or fish off of. If fishing is your thing, crappie & catfish are plentiful in our cove! Our home is a 5 minute boat ride away from Shangri La resort and just around the corner from the popular Woodard Cove. The home is fully equipped with dishes, linens etc. The towns of Grove and Jay are each just a 20 minute drive away.
