Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Winter-Turn heat down to 55 prior to leaving.
Summer- Turn AC units up to 78 prior to leaving.
Gather all towels and bring to laundry room. Don’t forget to take your toiletries and phone chargers
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please DO NOT move or rearrange furniture. $200 penalty for SMOKING indoors
There are swimming towels located under each bathroom sink, Please do not use our bath towels for swimming,
Please recycle and put trash in designated pails. Dog waste must be bagged and placed in small black bucket next to trash bins.
