"This was a great clean little home and was stock with everything we needed. Each bathroom had an adorable gift box with nice smelling essentials like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath salts, bar soap etc. and the kitchen had one too with dish taps, dish soap, a sponge etc. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The house has a garage which was available for us to utilize (we were visiting to move our son home from college), we appreciate everything. Thank You!"

"I was so excited to stay here. I envisioned walking down that long, curvy pier to the end each day to watch the sunset, rocking in those rocking chairs cooled by the ceiling fans and reading a good book, sunning by the pool at night in the beautifully lit pool, watching all the different types of birds with the thoughtfully provided binoculars, and generally enjoying all the peace and quiet. "After an unforeseeable cancellation with another individual, I was able to reserve this property the day before I needed to come to Pensacola for my daughter’s graduation. This house provided everything needed. This was my first time renting this way. It will not be my last. We had much more space than we would ever have had at a hotel and it was also less expensive. We had a great experience and made some good memories for my daughter. THANK YOU!"

"This was the first time my youngest got to go kayaking, we had so much fun staying in your home. I didn't hear any complaints the entire stay. All the kids enjoyed the dock,and watching the sunrise and set over the water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We look forward to staying again here sometime in the summer."

"The house was absolutely beautiful and clean! We stayed for a cheer competition at the Pensacola Bay Center. The house was in a perfect location to go there as well as public beaches. All three beds were very comfortable also. We slept great! The back yard was adorable. The hammock was a hit. We enjoyed laying out there and relaxing/reading during our down time."

"Even though this is an apartment the neighbors are pretty quite and not disruptive. It’s bigger than expected with a large living area. 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. All the appliances are very new and very nice. Everything was clean and tidy. Furniture was comfortable too. Landlord communicated fast and well through text. We had an unexpected late checkout and that wasn’t a problem at all. Would book again if I’m in the area"

"My spouse and our two furbabies enjoyed our stay there. It was very clean and the backyard was perfect for our two. The only thing I would recommend is have someone to work on the fence a little. There are openings where a small dog could wiggle through. Everyone enjoyed theor stay and would definitely stay there again."
