It had all the travel essentials of a hotel such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion towels, linens plus a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker and coffee supplies. The finishings were modern and there was a private area patio. The AC was a designated mini-split that provided much needed cooling air in the warm and humid Florida weather,"

We loved the furnishings and decor, the layout, and the pool/deck area was second to none. Beds were comfy, even the air mattress, kitchen was well appointed, and everything was clean. We never found out the truth until 10:00 at night when we arrived and found a notice on the front doors! Why did Hotels.com still have this listed as available????? This is unacceptable!"
