"Pros: This is a very nice hotel and it is very well priced. The interior and exterior are clean, the hotel has nice curb appeal and the staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel is in an area with a lot of construction going on, but there is plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking or driving distance. I stayed in a Jr. Suite, which was very large; it included a seating area with a sofa and other chairs, as well as a flat screen tv. There are numerous electrical outlets...

"Booked for 1 adult and 2 children but there was only 1 bed. When i asked they tried to charge an additional 50 SAR."

"Whilst the room and service was good, there was no hot water in the morning. As I was checking out I didn’t get chance to see how they responded to resolving it. Reception apologised but didn’t offer any recompense. Breakfast had a good selection, but coffee/drinks was self service and some items of food were overcooked."

"Lovely hotel and staff. Enjoyed the stay. Hotel room was clean, modern and spacious (king room with sofa area and kitchenette). Location is easy to reach most places. Very good value for money. Most staff spoke English. "

"Unbelievable, dont be fooled on the 6/10rating. I entered to a room w a historical ac which is broken i mean literally broken from comprtement air leaking. They suggested sheets are cold which is fun as well but it was wet. No English speaker, even goodle translate i couldnt tell enough of my problem. After half an hour struggles i left premises and go for another hotel at 9.30 pm "
