"Our nine days at Eneko's house were perfect. From the spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated house with all (and more) necessities to the gorgeous surroundings, we couldn't have had a better vacation. Whether we were hiking in the nearby canyon, watching goats on the opposite hill at sunset or discovering beautiful historic villages, Urraul Bajo was the ideal vacation. Thanks Eneko! "

"Reception staff were great. Comfortable space. Clean. Tried to get something to eat at the bar but we were ushered to the restaurant with had a set price menu that was more expensive than we wanted to pay. Went into town and found a great pizza that was cheap."

"Friendly service. Good view because the Hotel is almost on the top of the hill. The server in the restaurant is nice. One morning I rushed to attend the Mass and asked her to pack up my food for later used. Honestly it is not allowed. Once she knew my intention, she was happy to do it for me. I have to say thanks. Furthermore the people working in the reception are also helpful and friendly. Always 😀"

"As important the location and the property cleanliness are, what is most important to me is the human touch. Home, away from home. Couple of words about two staff members, Jose Miguel the kindest person I met so far and Stella who helped me with my cell sim pin number. Now I have multiple positve reasons to think about Trskel hotel the views from the hotel and the lovely staff. "Hotel overlooks a lovely castle and Jesuit seminary. Only one other hotel/hostel in the area with nothing else around apart from a religious souvenir shop. Hotel very much in need of up-dating but staff very friendly. We were offered a double room but the twin was bigger if very out-dated. Also no sound-proofing between rooms and en-suites, which definitely need up-dating."
