La Sirena
A marine-themed palette of greens and aqua blues gives La Sirena a fresh and underwater-like feeling that makes you feel relaxed the moment you enter through the main door. Leaving the entrance hall, the large living room/dining area offers guests a spacious space to relax and rest. The glass sliding doors of the living room open onto the outdoor terrace, which wraps around two sides of the apartment. A convenient door leads from the terrace to the pool and gardens, making early morning swimming an easy affair.
Inside, the rooms are bright and decorated with beautiful artworks. Both rooms have sliding doors that open to the outdoor terrace, plenty of storage through built-in wardrobes and air conditioning units for those sticky summer nights. A fully equipped kitchen with laundry room and two bathrooms complete the apartment and offer guests plenty of shared and private space to move around.
JH loves the convenient location, close to supermarkets and Arenal, and the lovely artworks on the apartment walls.
Tip JH: The Mermaid is located in the same complex as Golden Beach and El Patio - Golden Beach. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
**Important Information**
1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

Well equiped and great located spacious appartment, perfect for families.
The barhrooms are really old and would need refurbishing. The cleaning servise is not perfect.

Good stay
The outside space is great, and shower was fixed promptly on the day we arrived.
The main bedroom was lovely and good that there was aircon throughout. The gate to the pool was really handy and the chairs really useful for the pool.
The pool area was really lovely.
Handy location for the arenal and not too far to get to the port.
The use of WhatsApp with Javea holidays is a good addition for communicating.
The shower in the bath could do with updating too. The sheets on the twin beds didn’t seem to fit and so kept coming off so maybe need updating. The lid on the kitchen bin was missing.

Ideal holiday accommodation.
As usual fantastic service from Javea Holidays, collection of keys easy and information for a comfortable holiday superb. The apartment is very spacious and on ground floor. The outside seating dining area is large and you get the sun all day. When dining outside it’s a good idea to turn off air conditioning units as the outside aircon fan is noisy and hot (next outside dining table). Two sun loungers are provided. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well appointed, excellent washing machine, coffee maker and fridge / freezer. Bedding/ towels changed regularly. Car park space is a decent size, easy to park once you get used to the angle. The pool area is clean and well maintained. Ideal location, short walk to supermarket and all other amenities. You could stay here without a car.
Consider providing more than the two poolside deck chairs.

Beautiful app. but very cold in winter (no sun)
Very nice and clean apartment with all amenities. Very well equipped.
This point cannot be improved but is worth mentioning nonetheless. No sun in winter. Fortunately, the heating is sufficient

Convenient position, layout of the apartment good and overall cleanliness. Secure parking.
For winter rents suggest some floor coverings for bedroom and lounge. Security on Patio doors could be improved. Non-slip mat for showering in bath. Either higher tog rating duvets for winter months or additional blankets. Suggest someone checks out pot pand pan handles as they need tightening with phillips type screwdriver which unfortunately we don’t carry with us on holiday!! The weather!!! (Joke)
