The Sun Gardens, luminous, spacious and beautifully decorated, are located in a private complex, close enough to Jávea port to explore the shops, or have a coffee in the seafront cafés, but far enough for a peaceful getaway!

In the heart of this two-bedroom retreat, a large living room / dining room extends to an inner Naya with direct access to the lush gardens and the impressive outdoor pool area. Equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning units and ceiling fans in both bedrooms, the apartment has everything needed to be the perfect holiday home...



JH Advice: Jardines del Sol is located just 150 metres from Olive Beach and Los Olivos, both in the same complex. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!



**Important Information**



1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Lovely

Lovely the location. Apartment is well presented as on the photos shown on website, nicely and tastefully decorated. Homely feel and spacious throughout the living/dining room, and the covered sun terrace was bonus. Kitchen is tired looking and could do with updating but it’s well equipped and oven and microwave looks brand new. There are beach chairs supplied which was additional bonus, as we sat by the pool and relax watching the sun set. There are lots of dusts on pictures and big mirrors on the wall throughout the apartment. Although the plastic plants and dried flowers enhanced the decor, but it was collecting dusts. The spare bed linens supplied did not fit the duvet and the mattress. We had to washed and dried at the local laundry shop during our 2 months stay. Shutters in the bedrooms get stuck. The guests shower drain hole does not drain well.

In the heart of things!

This apartment is spacious, stylish, well equipped and in a great place for being able to walk to the Arenal, the Port and most likely the old town (we didn’t do that, hence my uncertainty). It seems well loved and has a new family bathroom —the enclosed Naya area is also a real bonus as it’s cosy and a perfect space for breakfast and lunch even when it’s a bit chilly outside! The pool area is to the left of the property and can’t be seen from the apartment whilst you’re inside, but it’s pretty and the grounds to the blocks are well kept. Matt and Jamie were very helpful when we were booking- we actually booked again with them within a month of getting home! We have stayed in 3 Javea Holiday properties this year and they have all been immaculately clean and well equipped in the kitchens. A pair of fold up loungers/sun chairs would be great because there’s nothing to lie on around the pool area.
