Beautiful Duplex located in new urbanisation in the area of the first Montañar on Calle Florencia, a few meters from the sea, has a spacious living / dining room with direct access to a large terrace with a dining area for 6 people and a complete set of outdoor furniture, next to these an open kitchen with a U configuration which is fully equipped (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, electric oven, ceramic hob). It has 4 bedrooms, each of them with capacity for two people, 3 bathrooms, all of them with shower and one of them en suite.
