Cosy, simple house "Florita". 2.6 km from the sea, 2.6 km from the beach, located by a road, on a main road. Private: wildlife garden and trees, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Shop 450 m, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 50 m, bar 500 m, bus stop "Parada Arenal" 2.9 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2.6 km. Sports harbour 2.6 km, surf school 2.6 km, sailing school 2.6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances dans cette belle villa espagnole. Jardin, piscine, confort au top !!! Tout est à proximité !!! Le personnel de l'agence Interhome à Javea est accueillant et professionnel.

Gut aber....

Florita ist ein Eckhaus an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse, also nicht wirklich super toll. Der 2. Mangel sind die Betten, die waren sehr unbequem also neue Matratzen wären nicht schlecht. Ansonsten war es ok. Wir haben den Pool sehr genossen.
