"It’s a very well decorated and clean studio just a few minutes walk away from the train station. The host is very responsive and helpful. The beds are particularly comfortable."

"The house is beautiful and very clean. The view is amazing. It was nice that it had coffee ,oil, salt and pepper , it made our life easier especially the rice cooker since we like to eat rice. It so close to train station and the lake. After staying g at Spiez, we left for Grindelwald but we wish we should have just stayed at Speiz, the surrounding is way better"

"This place is adequate, but very basic. If you are there just to hike and then come back and sleep, it is ok. It was reasonably close to the train station, but there is a section you have to walk along a busy road. It would be better if you are traveling by car. Drains in the sink and shower are slow. It was very hot when we were there and it was difficult to leave windows open for fresh air because of the flies. May not be an issue if you come in cooler weather."

"Property is located next to a bus stop which made traveling around town convenient. The place appears old fashioned however it met our needs."

"For a studio space, the unit had everything we needed for our short stay. We benefited most from the cooktop and making our own meals. If you’re temperature sensitive, it may be challenging with no AC during the summer and no bug screens on the main windows. There is a fan within the room for some comfort. Lastly, the laundry room is shared with the entire building and one tenant next to the room was not so friendly on us using the machine (even though we were totally entitled to). She...
