- Hot tub, private river access, a massive wraparound porch, and all the comforts of home just minutes from Jasper, Arkansas.
This accessible 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat occupies the entire lower level of our custom-built Barn on the Buffalo and is perfect for couples, families, and small groups looking to experience the beauty of the Buffalo National River area. The spacious layout features step-free entry, wide doorways, a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large open living area designed for comfort and convenience.
Outside, enjoy nearly 3,000 square feet of covered wraparound porch space with rocking chairs, porch swings, outdoor dining areas, and peaceful Ozark views. Unwind in the hot tub after a day of hiking, floating, or exploring. Guests also enjoy access to our private river area via an easy, extra-wide mowed path through the meadow.
Located just minutes from Jasper, you'll be close to hiking trails, scenic overlooks, floating adventures, local restaurants, and everything that makes the Buffalo River region one of Arkansas's most beloved destinations.
Need more room? The entire Barn on the Buffalo is also available as a separate 7-bedroom vacation rental, making this property a great way to preview the space before bringing the whole family or group back for a larger stay.
