2-night stay: I was forced to sign a “team agreement” policy even though I was a single mom staying with my son with no other “team members” at our hotel WITH THE DOCUMENT HAVING THE INCORRECT HOTEL NAME ON IT. Children were loudly runnning around after midnight on our first night. Upon eating dinner and returning the second night, my son and I were almost knocked down the stairs as we ascended to the 2nd floor by unsupervised youth. When I went to front desk after stairwell incident and almost being ran into by same group as I stepped out of my room, the front desk woman deferred to her manager. It continued after I came back from car. The basketball youth tournament is an annual event. This hotel was not prepared. They allowed parents to get loud and drunk in lobby while their heathen children ran around. Eventually, they had “housekeepers” as hall monitors INSTEAD OF REMOVING THE DRUNKEN PARENTS AND THEIR UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN. On top of that, the advertise laundry available- but their laundry soap dispenser was out of order. This hotel is clearly not ran well, and I would not recommend staying here because protocol (which the manager refused to share) is not followed. I got <3 hours of sleep because of it.

Overall stay was fine. First morning for breakfast the pancake batter ran out. The next morning it was still empty and staff just said it was broke instead of just refilling it. Otherwise everything was good.

The size of the room was nice. The water in the shower was hot and had good force. The elevator appeared old, the rub had a rust spot and appeared dirty. I washed the tub before using the shower. The kitchen staff was rude when it was close to closing time. Actually began cleaning some areas before breakfast closing time was stated. Said it was because she was only allowed an hour to get everything cleaned up.

I couldn't tell you what I liked because I didn't stay at this hotel however, I can tell you that I didn't book a stay there as I live in Canada, BC and when I received the email confirmation I called them to see what was gong on, said no need as I am in Canada, BC nor was I ever planning on going to the States (Indiana) and to cancel this reservation. Was told by front desk when given the Expedia itinerary # that was noted on the email received that there was no reservation under our first or last name, tel number or email address to cancel that we were not on the board to stay there. Started receiving email asking how the stay was so contacted Expedia who then contacted hotel manager to get refund as was told it was against the hotels terms and conditions! Total BS do not trust this hotel! I will be following up with the hotel manager and they better fix this and refund CC.. ridiculous!!

Staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. Room looked nice, but the bathroom had some dirty areas...especially the shower. Breakfast was great and the lady taking care of the breakfast area was very friendly.

Honestly I was surprised on how nice or hotel room was. Perfect space for the kids after a long day at holiday world. Breakfast was definitely better than other hotels that offer free breakfast. Hotel was very clean. Staff was also very nice.

The beds were very comfortable. Room was nice and big. Bathroom was nice. We asked for a few extra pillows and blankets and shaving cream and they were very nice about it.

Super nice, good value for the price! The beds were a little uncomfortable (one had a huge indent, like a valley, when you laid down). Had a few issues with check in, but the staff was super helpful with getting it resolved. Would definitely stay again!
