"Everything was going well until the last night when the central air had a banging noise that woke me up. Twice I went to the door thinking that someone was knocking the door. When i got up from my sleep, no one was there. I couldnt go back to sleep because the banging was nonstop. Apart from that occurrence, everything was good."

"Clean, helpful staff, close to the mall. Wasn’t crazy about the onsite coffee shop but close to other spots!"

"Room had an odor, the water was freezing cold at 9pm and didn’t warm up at all, asked for towels and they said we had to wait until morning, breakfast was cool but they couldn’t keep it with the rush, got back from a night out and the key card didn’t work, and lastly we were out of the room by 10am and room service did not replenish anything. "

"Great location. Free parking, free breakfast and free WiFi. Best part, beds and pillows are so comfortable!"

"I don’t travel much anymore so I don’t keep up with current hotel policy. I didn’t realize that you have to turn on a light on a panel if you want to have your room cleaned up. But someone brought me what I needed so I’m ok with that. Bed was as expected. Staff was very helpful."

"Had just stayed the night before at a Country Inn property in State College PA and couldnt believe the difference in the 2 properties. Was expecting to love this one like we did the one in PA, but we were sorely disappointed. Even though they are supposed to be equivalent, the best way I can desribe it is that the MD one is just not as nice. Cleanliness, room accoutrements, etc. Were just not what we expected after staying at the exact same place in a different city....."

"There were some issues with the elevators but workers were there trying to get them all working properly. Also the rooms seemed like the heating & cooling wasn’t working properly either"
