Very friendly staff - gave tips and helpful suggestions while around the town. Stay is simple - but having an open mindset regarding the location, it was enough for my needs.

Great location and everyone was so helpful and friendly. They met us at the train station and took us to get Machu Picchu tickets straight away. Room was a great size, shower was good with hot water, however the jacuzzi bath was a let down, brown smelly water and jets projected water all over the room, but to be honest wasn’t bothered whether it was there or not. Truly a lovely hotel! Easy access to the train station and they send someone to pick you up when you first arrive. The staff and service were all amazing and made sure our stay was very comfortable. We had a river view room which was spectacular. The rooms were great and I particularly loved the bathroom! We loved opening the windowing and hearing the roar of the river. Very close to where you have to line up for the bus to Machu Picchu and plenty of restaurants nearby, including the one in the hotel.
