First of all, I must mention the amazing, warm, and friendly staff — this is what truly made the hotel feel special and allowed me to really enjoy my stay. At one point, my safe was stuck, and the kind and polite gentleman at the reception immediately found a solution and came to help me right away. The woman who checked me in was also very considerate. I explained to her that I was feeling cold and that I am sensitive to low temperatures, and she kindly brought me a heater. I really appreciated how supportive the staff were and how they always offered quick and effective solutions. Because of this, I can truly say that this is an amazing hotel And my room is good for solo and the food excellant"

"Exceptional stay – my go-to hotel in Bratislava I had another amazing stay at the Sheraton Bratislava. Every time I travel to Bratislava, this is my preferred hotel, and it never disappoints. The rooms are very comfortable and make you feel at home right away. The hotel offers a great fitness center and a beautiful spa, which is perfect for relaxing or staying on routine while traveling. The breakfast is excellent with a wonderful selection, and the lobby bar is a hidden gem—the food there is absolutely incredible. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bratislava. Consistently outstanding service, comfort, and overall experience. "
