I stayed at an apartment with my family for 5 nights. The apartment was well equipped with furnished kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and warm. The reception was a bit far for us from the apartment considering walking in snow with a toddler. The is a kiosk at reception but unfortunately we don't get groceries in here too use in kitchen so you need to go to supermarket.
The apartment is maintained quite well. If you walk to the reception area the bus stop, restaurants.. are reachable quite conveniently so it depends where in holiday club your room/apartment is allocated.
They were kind enough to let us borrow the toboggan to drop our luggage to and from the apartment area as pulling the suitcases in snow was very difficult.
The staff was always helpful and available 24*7.
