"The bar/lounge at the top of the hotel was not operating. We were definitely out of season. There is a smoking room up there that we were able to use. Staff helped out by turning on the heaters for us."

"Apartment clean and comfortable although very expensive for the small size. 2nd bedroom like a box and no bedside lamp. What wasn’t managed well at all were the outside areas. Due to the weather, very slippery ice had formed and it was dangerous to walk to the door of apartment and to the car, especially with luggage. Grit previously thrown down had iced over so no use at all. In places there was 2 inches of water over sheet ice. In the middle of the access to car parking area there was a drain hole and about 1 foot deep of ice built up around it to the level of the car park with all the winter snow, so it had created an enormous pot hole. A grill should have been placed over this. Our car wheels went down this hole and we were lucky not to have damaged it. I went and reported the dangerous and icy conditions to the reception staff and a small amount of new grit was thrown down. More should have been done to improve this situation. If I had been able to find a metal spade I would have roughed up the ice myself by the front door to make it safer. The apartments are in a convenient location to access Lift 6 at Levi ski resort, however there are better value for money options in the resort."

"Nice staff and nice room. Bathroom needs updating - loo seat broken and shower head wouldn't stay hanging on the wall plus shower drain blocked so water flooded the bathroom"
