A good business hotel that provides what a busy business/tourist traveller needs- clean room, warm shower, nice toiletries, in room fridge, kettle, iron/ironing board, breakfast and 24/7 front desk with reception lounging sofas to wait for taxis,etc "

"Pleased to be upgraded, with our room giving views of the tower. Liked having 2 comfortable seats plus coffee table. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Location excellent, near many restaurants and major bus routes. Breakfast had good variety, however seating was overcrowded especially when groups present. Self serve laundry now available with 2 washers & dryers (reasonable cost)."
