"If you haven't been to Macos Mountain, you don't know what your missing! We have stayed at 2 of his cabins now, and can't wait to visit again. The pictures do not do the property justice. I honestly can't explain how beautiful the cabin and view are. Communication with the owner is top notch. Be sure to consider buying a tshirt. When he delivers them, he can tell you about the property and surroundings. We enjoyed talking to him. Nothing like sitting in the hot tub or out by the fire pit and breathing in fresh air and looking at the mountains. We had daily visits from wild turkeys, deer and white tail rabbits. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved it! She was upset that we had to leave. She also became a champ at Ping Pong - she insists we buy a table...lol. If I could have stayed there the whole summer I would have! We got our exercise just by walking up and down the lane in the gated area. It'll give you a nice workout. There's a treadmill there, but nothing beats fresh air! I promise you will be pleasantly surprised with this property!"

"We had an amazing stay. The cabin was stocked with more necessities than any other place we’ve ever stayed, and we still had the hosts asking us If there was anything else we needed. Some of the kindest and most accommodating people you could ask to rent from. Very peaceful quiet and relaxing."

"Our week-long stay at the cabin was an absolute delight. The breathtaking views from the deck were simply incredible, especially during the sunrises and sunsets. One memorable day, we experienced a storm, and the rhythmic sound of rain hitting the roof, coupled with the moody and cloudy view, created an unforgettable experience as we played board games. We traveled with another family of four adults and five kids (ages 4 to 7), and there was ample space for everyone to feel comfortable. The walkout basement was the perfect kid zone, featuring two bedrooms and a spacious couch with a TV. A heads up for parents with clumsy kids: we didn’t have any issues, but we did go over how to get up and down safely. There’s a spiral staircase from the main level to the basement, and a ladder that you pull off the wall to access the loft with twin beds. The loft was also a great spot for the kids to hang out, as we had plenty of room for them to spread out. There are also stairs leading to the basement from the deck. However, when it was dark or early morning, we wanted to ensure that the kids were comfortable with the options available inside to navigate around. The hosts were incredibly communicative, and the cabin was in pristine condition when we arrived.We had an amazing week!"
