However, I was very disappointed with the attitude of Selvi and Dileep. Based on my 34 years of worldwide travel experience, I felt their approach was not suitable for their positions. There was an unpleasant gutter smell throughout the hotel, which was quite disturbing. The service staff did their jobs well, but the food orders were delivered without any cutlery, which was inconvenient. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations."
