Welcome to **Blue Parrot Curaçao**—a spacious, stylish private villa where relaxed island living takes centre stage. A place to wake up with the sun, open the doors to the outdoors, take a refreshing dip in your own pool, and—above all—just do absolutely nothing.

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area, a large covered veranda, a tropical garden, and a private pool. The property is entirely on one level, and during your stay, you’ll have the villa, garden, and pool all to yourself.

### Living Indoors and Outdoors

On Curaçao, life largely takes place outdoors, and Blue Parrot is perfectly designed for that. The bright living room and open kitchen are connected to the veranda through large doors, allowing the indoor and outdoor spaces to blend together almost seamlessly.

The living room features a comfortable seating area where you can relax. The open kitchen, featuring a cooking island and dining table, is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, combi-oven, Nespresso machine, and a large refrigerator with an ice maker and chilled water dispenser.

But you’ll probably spend a lot of your time outdoors. On the spacious covered porch, you’ll find both a lounge area and a large dining table. A lovely spot for a quiet breakfast, a long evening together at the table, or a drink as the sun sets.

### Your own private pool

The private pool is nestled in the middle of the tropical garden. Start your day with a refreshing dip, cool off after a day on the island, or relax with a book by the pool.

Surrounding the pool and on the wooden pool deck are lounge chairs and daybeds, and there are several spots where you can find shade. The garden and pool are completely private and are not shared with other guests.

For a relaxing evening at the villa, there is also a barbecue available.

### Three comfortable bedrooms

The villa features three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, wooden shutters, and blackout roller shades.

**Master bedroom**
The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and French doors leading to the veranda. The room has its own en suite bathroom, ensuring plenty of privacy. From the bedroom, you can step right outside for a peaceful morning on the veranda or your first dip in the pool.

**Bedroom 2**
This comfortable bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and French doors leading to the veranda. This room shares the second bathroom with Bedroom 3.

**Bedroom 3**
The third bedroom also features a double bed and air conditioning. Two spacious closets provide ample storage space, and there is a desk—handy if you want to work quietly or use your laptop during your stay. This room also shares the second bathroom.

### Two Bathrooms

The en suite bathroom attached to the master bedroom features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

The second bathroom is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3 and has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and two sinks. This is ideal when you’re staying with a group and want to get ready at the same time in the morning for a new day on Curaçao.

Bedding and towels are provided.

### Everything you need for a comfortable stay

Blue Parrot is equipped to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Among other things, you’ll have access to high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and a safe.

Are you travelling with a young child? A cot and a toddler bed are available upon request.

The villa is situated on a spacious, fenced-in lot and has its own driveway where you can park on the property.

### Plenty of privacy

During your stay, Blue Parrot is all yours. You won’t be sharing any living spaces, the garden, or the pool with other guests.

We respect your privacy, but we’re easily reachable via WhatsApp and by phone during your stay. If you need anything or have a question, we’re happy to help.

### Good to know in advance

**Electricity usage**
Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be billed at the end of your stay based on actual usage. Metre readings will be taken upon arrival and departure. The cost is €0.55 per kWh. Water is included.

**Security Deposit**
A security deposit of €500 is required for the stay. After departure, the villa will be inspected and electricity usage will be settled. Any damage or other costs may also be deducted from the security deposit. The remaining balance of the security deposit will be refunded after the inspection via the agreed-upon payment method.

**Cleaning**
The final cleaning fee is €150.

For stays longer than 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required. The cost for this is €150 per cleaning. During this cleaning, the villa is cleaned and the bedding and towels are changed.

**Swimming Pool**
The private swimming pool is not supervised. Children must therefore always be under adult supervision. Diving is not permitted, and for safety reasons, we ask that you do not use glassware in or around the pool.

**Smoking and Pets**
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
