Recidence SELAVI is a large family home, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as standard, expandable to (*) 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, each with a toilet. Spacious enough for a total of (*) 16 people.

* (!!!! PLEASE NOTE: during the period from December 1, 2026, up to and including the end of April 2027, only a maximum of 6 bedrooms are available. Therefore, available for a maximum of 12 people )

This makes the villa perfect for a multi-generation holiday with the family, (grand) parents with children or grandchildren or friends and friends clubs.

The villa has upstairs a spacious living room with kitchen, 4 bedrooms with 2 beds each and adjoining bathroom and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet on the top floor and a very spacious "Porch" with a sun terrace and a swimming pool. And of course comfortable loungers.
There is a cosy sitting area on the Porch and there are two large trunk tables with space for 16 seats. There is also a bar that is connected to the kitchen.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with two large fridges with freezer, 2 combi ovens / microwaves, two dishwashers and a double stove.

In the seating area there is a large sofa with a Smart Flat screen TV with a wide range of channels or where you can also use your own Netflix account.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious entrance with a further 4 spacious bedrooms
with enough cupboard space and each with a separate walk-in shower with toilet.

There is also free internet with Wi-Fi available.

The villa is completely fenced and has its own private parking with an automatic entrance gate.

If you rent villa SeLaVi, you will have as a base the top floor of the villa, where the living room kitchen, porch, pool and garden and 4 bedrooms (maximum 8 people) are located. Do you want to come with more than 8 people or do you want more bedrooms than there are on the first floor (basement), where the entrance is, another 4 bedrooms. These can be booked as extra per bedroom.
If you come with more than 8 persons, Home Away will automatically calculate the correct price per person based on 2 persons per bedroom.


Villa SELAVI is located east of the capital Willemstad, Curacao in the premium villa park "Vista Royal" close to the "Jan Thiel Bay" the Spanish water and Caracas bay.
A shopping centre with a large quality supermarket (van der Tweel / Albert Hein) is right around the corner from our Villa SELAVI. There are also various restaurants, casino and car rental in the area.

Adjacent you come to the Jan Thiel Bay where you can find the famous beach of the Zanzibar with the wonderfully warm Caribbean water where you can swim, dive, snorkel, take a Flyboarding course or just enjoy the sun.

In all bedrooms the pillows and mattresses are equipped with comfortable hygienic, bacteria repellent and washable covers.
