Rooms were nice and comfortable, housing keeping staff was nice and the food at TWLV was tasty, filling and good sized portion.

One of my favorite budget places to stay when I am in the area. Centrally located on the Jamestown Main street, negligible drive to Chicken Ranch, very easy to make the quick jaunt to Sonora or over to Black Oak. Cozy and comfortable! First evening we had a large black bear come up to the deck and this was a nice surprise! We have keepsake photos of his departure. Our walk was postponed the first evening.

The hostess answered all my questions promptly. The house is located in a very calm and pretty location. Home was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. We enjoyed the wide selection of games and old movies/videos which we very much enjoyed.
