"We checked in Thursday night and had to immediately cut our stay to one night because of a family issue. The staff said we could not and was condescending calling me “my dear” repeatedly. She notified the manager who I was later told to contact at the front desk the next day - but I had left at 545 am. The initial stay was 3 nights and they wouldn’t even remove one night."

We had people dressed in swimming suits walk down to pool only to find it was closed. It was a family celebration of a graduation and was a large let down to have pool unavailable!"
