"The Hotel surprisingly does not have a ramp for wheelchair users and one has to take a few steps to get in. Even the railing for these steps is not proper, making it very difficult for seniors and physically challanged people to get in or out.
Secondly, the parking in the premises is very limited and can accomodate only a few cars. If there is no space, one has to park the car in the street. This can of course be done by the security personnel of the Hotel.

"Suite was clean & organized. Plenty of water bottles (& more on requests), excellent shower!! Housekeeping & laundry service was prompt. Morning breakfast was OK but masala omelette on my request was always excellent. So many tea options!! Love it. Masala Dosa was also good.
Last morning I was not feeling well. Staff was very helpful in letting me extend my stay (for half charge), they checked on me and helped us with luggage. I cannot thank them enough. "
