Winter Guests
4WD or AWD strongly recommended for Vermont winter conditions
Travel insurance encouraged – no refunds for weather, road conditions, or power outages
Driveway is plowed, but mountain roads can be challenging
Safety & Respect
Security cameras: One Ring doorbell at front entrance, one motion floodlight camera monitoring backyard (not pointed at hot tub)
Wildlife awareness: You're in the Vermont woods! Deer, occasional bears (from a distance), and friendly spiders are part of mountain life. Keep doors closed, don't feed wildlife, and store trash in mudroom bins.
Hot tub safety: No use if pregnant or after alcohol consumption. Children must be supervised. Use at own risk.
Please remove shoes in mudroom to protect hardwood floors
