Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Trash goes into the green or big yellow town of Jamaica VT trash bags on the pot rack in the kitchen. (They can also be purchased at West River Provisions, if for some reason the house supply is out).

Leave town trash bags and recycling (in normal trash bags) on the porch for our crew, or take it to the recycling center less than a quarter mile strait up Castle Hill Rd. Pass is on the house keys.

Leave the front door light in the on position. It comes on automatically at dusk goes off in the morning light. Also leave the back porch light on. The solar string lights also go auto on and off.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

House is generally good for young children, but not child-proofed. Hot tub not safe for kids under 5, but master bath has a jetted tub!

Good location, good heating and pretty well taken care of. Not brand new. Only disappointment was the hot tub, which had none of the typical jets expected from a hot tub or jacuzzi.
