Very clean room with spacious rooms

The hotel is very clean and maintained upto very good standards. Location is very good as it is about 10mins away from Jalandhar City Railway Station. It has a small pool for relaxation. The only issue we had was that we booked an executive room for 4 people and there was a restriction of wifi for 3 devices only per room and e had like 8 devices. We’ve travelled a lot but have never seen a restriction of devices especially for a hotel of this standard.

It was amazing except one issue i.e. on Hotels.com website it was showing 1king bed + 1double bed, but actually hotel provided 1king beg + 1 single bed.

I called them and specifically requested that I needed one room with one extra bedding(instead of two beds) and they agreed. I checked in at 11pm I was tired but these people refused to let me check in; saying they’ll only provide two rooms.

Pictures on Expedia are deceiving.washrooms are dirty. Floors dirty. Tea kettles dirty. Bedding dirty. No view window. Some rooms doesn’t have windows. Out dated. Doesn’t look like as in pictures. They said they made some changes when asked about deceiving pictures. Stayed there in April of 2024.

I came from Toronto and decided to stay here because of the location. Check in could’ve been much smoother if the girl at the desk was more understanding. After arguing with her I finally got the room key. The room didn’t look anything close to the pictures. It was clean, but small. There was a window and when I opened it I was disappointed to be looking at a wall. Who planned this? I repeatedly asked the reception to turn the fan on as it was unreasonably hot and I had a baby who couldn’t sleep. After about 4 calls, they told me it had to be turned on from downstairs and they were gonna do it. They didn’t. It wasn’t a good experience and I’m sure I will never come back here again. Only positive note I can leave is the food was great. Very delicious and authentic. The restaurant on the main floor was also very beautiful.

The best in the city

The hotel is in great condition and situated close to all interesting parts of the city. The pool area is cleen and inviting, but a bit small. 2 families would make it crowded. The rooms are cleen and the bathroom is also good. The rooms lighting though, feels a bit dark. Service and entrance area is open and velcoming. The bar and restaurant is good, but was not to impressed by the breakfast. The indian part of it was good, but their attempts on continental breakfast wasn't. Overall, we would choose the same hotel for our next stay.

einige Bestuhlung müsste im Speisesaal getauscht werden, befleckt . Bad hier muss man sich etwas einfallen lassen. Sauberkeit Dusche speziell. Bier müsste immer im Angebot sein , was nicht war. Die Minibar ungenügend und nicht regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Weinangebot auch ungenügend kein Weißwein vorhanden.

Pleasant Experience

Pleasant Experience.I had never stayed in Sarovar hotels before and didnt know what to expect,but generally speaking,things were good.Room service for people who arrive after midnight should be improved.Breakfast restaurant was good and staff helpful.
