Excellent stay

I stayed in this hotel with my family in february. The hotel room was amazing and so spacious even with a rollaway bed too. on the first night we had a problem with the shower leaking. The staff straight away moved us to another room. We had a little problem with the tv and reported this. Within 5 minutes someone came to asess the problem. The breakfast was lovely and a nice small variety to choose from. The location is excellent right in jyoti chonk close to shoping and walking distance from dominos pizza. Will deffinately stay here again. Staff were all frindly and helpful. The only complaint i would make is that the toilet would sometimes smell like gutters. But overall a good hotel at a good location.

Good staff and location - but old!!

Good location, friendly staff. Bit of an older hotel, carpets in corridor had a bit of an odd smell and room was clean BUT felt super dusty. Cheap and ok if not after luxurious comfort.

OK place

The hotel is located in a commercial complex which is not the greatest option. The linen in both rooms was dirty - quite obvious that it had not been changed after the last guests had left. We had to get it changed. The restaurant is decent. Staff is quite receptive to requests and feedback.

There were positives and negatives to this hotel. I've never been to a hotel where my room key is deactivated every 24 hours which is so inconvenient. I understand it's for security. So I had my fiancé come to my room to help me pack the day before check out because I hate packing and I get a phone call immediately entering the room from the reception that I'm not allowed guest, is was at 2pm. Seems a stupid rule! Breakfast was okay but limited as there was no international related food to non local visitors.

Everything was good except quality ofbfoid and the breakfast buffet. There was very less variety and customer services poor

Hotel close to shopping

Not a good experience almost every night loud music is played. They have function room they hire out. No consideration for the guest. We complained 3 times about the shower water not going down quickly nobody did anything. Staff weren't very polite or attentive.

Excellent location for shopping

Nice clean hotel superbly located for shopping in Jalandhar. However, before checking in I would clarify what you have booked ie breakfast and room or occupancy only. Otherwise you may end up with an unexpected bill. Staff were excellent and the food was great. Parking an added bonus.
