Staff were very courteous & polite. All the staff including securities from morning until evening made you feel very special 🙂. One of the best hotel I ever stayed. Special thanks to fellow named Satria, who was very helpful more then one occasion 😀. Hotel itself is a old colonial building which has been converted in to an unique hotel. I wish stayed there longer.

The room was always clean during my stays. The staffs are friendly and emailed me about my laundry I left them in the laundry bag and offered to take it to the cleaner to wash while I was not in the room.

Great hotel from the Dutch colonial era. Breakfast (included) was excellent. Yummy waffles and many Indonesian items, too. Warning: coffee is brewed to order do so be patient.

The hotel was fantastic, the staff wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop bar. The view was very nice. I highly recommend staying here. There are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent hotel—we absolutely loved the style and atmosphere. The service was outstanding across the board, from the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff. The rooftop bar was a real highlight, with stunning views and a great vibe. We also enjoyed an amazing massage during our stay. The gym was on the smaller side but perfectly sufficient for a workout. Our room (508) was spacious, well designed, and came with great amenities. The breakfast buffet was relatively small but offered enough variety, and we really appreciated the option to order additional items from the à la carte menu. The restaurant’s à la carte dining was excellent as well. The hotel is also fairly well located, making it easy to get around. A special mention goes to the team for making my birthday extra special—they surprised me with a cake and even wrote a lovely message on the bathroom mirror, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a fantastic stay. We would absolutely return and hope to be back again soon.

There were some minor issues and inconsistent level of service but hotel staff were prompt to rectify them. Nice heritage building with warm and helpful staff, especially F&B manager Bagus, and Nancy at the Club Lounge. Hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and slightly off the shopping areas but very pleasant. Looking forward to return.

This hotel is great for anyone who enjoys historical architecture and amazing service. All the staff were incredibly nice. The property was very safe and extremely quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The best part of this hotel was the breakfast every morning. New dishes to try both Western and Indonesian with friendly staff. The only downside was that the area around the hotel was not very walkable but not much of the Jakarta area is so keep this in mind when visiting.
