Best for a budget solo traveller

People were friendly and helpful. The a/c worked well albeit a little noisy. Quite dated room, mattress was not too firm for me but some may like that. There was no coffee nor tea despite having a ketttle. There was mold on ceiling and maybe in the very dated shower. The area is ok but crossing the very busy street can be a bit scary for a westerner.

위치및 편의성

블록엠프라자 바로 옆에위치에있습니다.룸컨디션은 보통이지만 편의성은 좋습니다.특히 테라스가있어 흡연자에게있어 좋았구요 아쉬운점은 wifi가 불안정한게 아쉽네요.주변 먹거리 아주많고 맞은편에는 일본식당들이 많습니다.

出張でよく利用しますが、ブロックMに近く、MRT駅もすぐ近くです。費用が安い割には部屋が広くて気に入っています。ただし、朝食は期待しない方がいいですし、インターネットも遅いです。1泊、2泊の出張で、費用を安くしたい方にはお勧めです。

This is my second time stayed in this Residence. Easy to find location and walking distance to a big mall and street food vendors. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast are great. Parking located in the basement with easy access and secure place. Rooms are clean and somewhat well kept. Great place to gathered with family; Even though it may be a little too loud for other guests. Definitely will stay here for the next trip.

安くて便利です！

ジャカルタ滞在の際は、リーズナブルなので時々利用します。 今回はバスタブ付きの部屋を利用しましたが、排水口が壊れていて操作できず、入浴後お湯を抜くのに随分苦労しました。 ブロックМにも近く、奇麗なホテルとは言えませんが個人的には多少のトラブルは許容できるので、経済的に有利なこのホテルはまた利用すると思います。

値段相応だが大型冷蔵庫はありがたい

2度目の宿泊で概ね満足している。 大型の冷蔵庫があり、近くにビールを売っている日系のスーパーがあるのも嬉しい。 前回はシャワーのお湯の出ない時間帯があったが、今回はそれはなかった。 残念なのは シーツ類が少しくたびれていること、そして朝食が質素であること。 今回はエアコンの効きが悪かった。 そして何故だか毎回隣のビルだろうか 、上から水が滝のように落ちてくる音がずっとしていること。 まあ問題も多いこのホテルだが、 ブロック M 地区で この料金で冷蔵庫が完備しているホテルはなかなかないので重宝している 。

低料金なのに満足できる

低料金を考慮すればかなり満足のいく 施設だと思う。 ドライヤーはないが大きめの冷蔵庫があり近くにはビールを売っているスーパーもある。 部屋は広くはないが一人なら 十分である。 残念な点はタオルやシーツ類がかなり古めであること。 シャワーの水量が不十分で 洗面の排水もかなり悪かったこと。 そして立地が分かりづらいということ。 レジデンスということで入り口がホテルらしくなく 初めての時に夜の到着は注意した方が良い。

サンピートレジデンスについて

ホテルに関しては、綺麗で周りも静かなので、ゆっくり過ごすことが出来ます。部屋にミネラルウォーターのサーバー、冷蔵庫がありました。風呂にはバスタブもあるので、ゆっくりバスタイムを満喫出来ます。 ホテルの場所は、Block M に歩いて1分程度と大変近いのでショッピングや食事（日本食）をするには大変良い場所と考えます。

よく利用してます。 ブロックMにあり日本人向けの居酒屋、食べものやが多い、インドネシア料理が苦手は私には助かります。 ブロックMプラザには換金率よい両替屋が有ります。 ジャカルタのホテルは冷蔵庫ないホテルが多いがここには大きの冷蔵庫が有り 重宝してます。

定宿のひとつです。

コスパとロケーションの良いジャカルタ出張時の定宿のひとつです。 夜中には通りの入口が遮断機で塞がれるので、早朝便での帰国の際などタクシーの出入りは不便ですが、フロントでタクシーを呼んでくれるので認識しておけば問題ないです。 部屋は綺麗とは言い難いですが許容範囲です。
