Keran kamar mandi rusak, AC tidak dingin... Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, kamar kurang bersih... Gambar adalah satu hal, kenyataan adalah hal lain... The bathroom tap is broken, the air conditioner is not cold... The service is unsatisfactory, the room is not clean... Pictures are one thing, reality is another...
