It is a 4 star hotel with shopping mall next to it. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities are old and cracks everywhere which not being properly maintained. Bath towel, bed sheet, booster sheets are old and looked dirty. Breakfast is not continental, traditional Indonesian foods with lots of fried items, not delicious!

The hotel room was very large, but on the older side. The room itself wasn't dirty, it was just old and worn. We had a king size bed which was comfortable. The bathroom was huge, with a seperate shower and bath. The gym was set up really well with equiptment. The pool area was a bit of a dissapointment, it didn't look as fresh as the photos on the website. There were two breakfast rooms, we went into the bigger one on the first day and it had a good variety of choices. The second day we went into the smaller room (closest to the check-in desk) and it had very limited options, and they started packing up early, so we felt we had to rush out. There is a shopping centre literally next door, and it has a fresh food supermarket and a heap of dining options. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Lapangan Banteng Park, and this is across the road from the Mosque and Cathedral. The National Monument is another 10 minutes away.

I would not book with this hotel again

I have booked with this hotel recently, from the outside I thought this would be good, check-in is 2PM, I travelled from Puncak, 4 and half hours on busy tiny roads, I reached the hotel around 2:40PM, feeling really sick, we were three guys, only one room available, two rooms we need to wait to 45 mins more, because we requested two smoke rooms, I asked to change it to none smoke room, I just need room now, I want to rest, they gave me another room with two single beds when I booked king bed, hotel is not as clean as it looks from outside.

No western breakfast here!

The hotel is situated right next to Atrium Mall. Traffic noise is at a minimum, which helps. The pool was over shadowed, so got no sunlight, and the water looked ‘Milky!’ The staff here are super helpful, and friendly. The rooms, although a bit dated, are spotless. The one criticism I have, concerns the breakfast. Now, I know I’m in Asia, and fortunately I love Asian food, but not to start my day. I chose this hotel because I was led to believe they had a good western breakfast. Not a bit of it! I felt very let down, and the impression I got from the F&B Manager?? was ‘take it or leave it! So, toast and omelette was the only option. Listening to other guests in the dining room, I got the impression that the food available was cold, anyway.
