The rooms basic, coffee and tea, 215 faced on to road , noisy, A/C leaked on to floor and had weak output, pool was surrounded at all side by hotel and apartments, therefore cold, but a good size and clean.in that area there is no alcohol

Good value for money. We had a minor issue with a leaking air conditioner. Also be mindful of the time to get to and from the hotel. It is close to the airport as the crow flies, but it does take 20-30 mins each way via taxi.

The Worst
The worst i have Experienced with all the hotels i booked through Hotels.Com. All the data on hotels.com are Wrong, its 45 minutes away from the airport, in very bad and Rural area. Bad WIFI. Dirty restaurant and bad quality of food. No cleaning for the swimming pool

Walked into the room and saw a massive cockroach in the bathroom. Only had 3 hours until we had to leave for our flight so we put up with it. Did not feel comfortable sleeping.

Great place to layover
Stayed here for one night layover from Jakarta airport. The hotel just opened a few months ago, so everything is in great shape. It's about a 15-30 minute drive from CGK airport depending on traffic. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.

Nice hotel with short shuttle ride to CGK airport
The value for this hotel is excellent. The room rate is in the range of the budget hotels in Jakarta but the property is clean & modern with beautiful spacious rooms. Getting to this hotel is a bit tricky. It's very close to airport but there are no direct roads and many of the taxi drivers we spoke to had no idea this hotel exists or how to get there. So if you stay here, I would highly recommend that you take advantage of the complimentary shuttle to and from the Airport (or bring a phone with navigation).

The hotel staff are very friendly. Eventually chase after the "bakso-man" for us. The free shuttle service is a compliment.

Short stay at Puspamaya
I live in South Jakarta and so I booked Puspamaya because of a night transit in between dropping a friend at the airport and me catching an early morning flight. I booked it thru Expedia, basically having no idea about the hotel. I was completely amazed and surprised when got there. The hotel is brand new, looks fresh, very clean, and the service impeccable. My booked fare included free wifi, free airport shuttle and buffet breakfast. And all worked perfect. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and myself will stay there again if needed like the other day.

Free shuttle failed
Despite numerous phone calls to the hotel and its designated driver, and their reassurances that they were on the way, the airport shuttle did not arrive until after two hours of my first phone call to them. By that time, I paid for a taxi. Singapore to Jakarta was quicker than the time it took to get from the airport to the hotel. No compensation was provided just "We are sorry".

excellent stopover
Great place to use for a stopover between flights as we did. When they say they have a free shuttle to the airport what they mean is they will provide not a bus but a car and driver. Make sure you email a request for pick up.Half hour trip from airport because of roadways.

ホテルの部屋が一杯で、となりのアパートメントに宿泊した。質素な部屋で、浴室から蚊が飛んできた。wifiのパスワードを手に入れるのに１時間くらいかかった。フロントに電話できる電話がなく、何度もフロントに往復した。

シャワーの勢いが全体的に弱く、少し強くなったり弱くなったりして安定しない。 またクーラーは動くが、音がうるさい。 喫煙ができる7階では、部屋の中で何かの機械音がして 神経質な人にはオススメできません。 ただ、朝食が6時からですが、フロントに頼んでおくと4時出発でもお弁当を用意してくれます。

Free shuttle in de avond gemist, ondanks eerdere bevestiging van hotel De free shuttle naar het vliegveld was oké. Ontbijt is prima, nette kamer met goede airco. Fijn zwembad. In de omgeving zijn niet echt winkels of restaurants, slechts enkele lokale toko's en warung. Prima voor een transit overnachting

Located close to the international Airport in Jakarta,they offer a free airport pick up, which is convenient! Great please if you stay for a night, otherwise I would stay in a hotel closer to city. Area is not a lot to do. Stuff really friendly though, Hotel clean and new! Food in the restaurant is good.

푸스파마이어 호텔 이용 후기
공항에서 호텔까지의 거리는 지도 상의 직선 거리보다 많이 멀었습니다. 공항을 한바퀴 돌아서 가게 되어있어 야간 임에도 약 30분 정도 소요됨. 공항에서 호텔까지 pick up을 요청하였는데 시간이 상당히 지연되었어요. 그냥taxi를 이용하는게 편할 듯. 호텔 주변에는 아무런 볼거리나 편의 시설이 없습니다. 그러나 호텔 내부 시설은 비용 대비 만족입니다. 서비스도 친절하고, 룸 청결도 깨끗하고, 조식도 그런대로 만족스럽습니다. 호텔에서 공항까지 호텔버스 무료로 이용가능합니다. 비행기 갈아타기위해 호텔 옆에서 1박하기에 편리한 호텔.

空港まで意外と遠いです。
午前便に乗るために空港近くで探しましたが、意外と時間がかかります（タクシーで30分くらい）。空港まで直線では近いのにかなり迂回させられます。 ホテルそのものは、部屋は狭いですが、最小限のアメニティーはそろっているし、きれいです。朝食時には卵料理用のスタッフもいて、このクラスのホテルの朝食としては満足できます。スタッフの対応も良いです。空港から遠いことを加味して評点はマイナス１しました。 トランジット用としては今後たぶん使わないでしょうが、ホテル近くに用事がある人にはお勧めです。

這是一間新的飯店.飯店離機場很近,且有免費機場接送服務.當我check in時有先告知幾點需要送我到機場.時間到時飯店的車子已在外等後.飯店到機場只需10分鐘不到.讓搭早班機的我不用再因雅加達塞車而常需要一大早出發.飯店的服務人員非常親切友善.房間小.浴室更小,但整理上還是乾淨的.對於離機場近的優點一切似乎都不再是重點了.這間飯店非常建議搭晚班機到印尼或是要搭早班機離境的人居住.一切都是方便的

First, the location of the hotel on the map provided by hotels.com is wrong, it took 30min for the taxi to find the hotel. Second, a staff rang my door bell at 3:30am, my door alarm quickly went on. When I opened, the staff was meters away, I asked him what's wrong and he said "nothing"... Also asked for a taxi at 4h45 and wake up call at 4:30. Got the wake up call at 4:10 saying the taxi was waiting... very disappointed...

Wir haben die Nacht vor unserem Rückflug nach Deutschland im Puspamaya Hotel verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Kostenloser Flughafenservice (Abhol- und Bringservice), das Gebäude ist sehr neu und daher top in Schuss und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut und es gab genug Auswahl.
