The restaurant was very mediocre but the location is great so there are lots of other restaurants. The television only had 2 channels and the reception was poor at best. Love the location and the staff was very friendly

Best choice for Block M

Great welcoming reception good breakfast only room was too small for me. Was offered upgrade but decided to leave next day for personal reasons. Recommended, best choice for Block M.

Located between 2 malls means there are plenty of food options available throughout the day, it is also located just next to a MRT station which makes it really convenient. A few things that minus off some points was the attached table in the room were already broken, we did not dare to put anything on the table during our stay there.

最低限のものは揃っており、部屋も清潔。しかし少し狭いので1人旅、ビジネス出張向け。周辺にブロックmスクエアや料理店が多数あるため買い物、飲食には困らない。 トランスジャカルタの駅も近いため都心へのアクセスも良好。 従業員のサービスも良い。

Areas for improvement but I'll stay again

Newly built hotel so rooms are clean, dining and lobby area are bright and modern. Price is reasonable and includes a fairly good breakfast. Room is a bit small and would be a challenge for a bigger person or couple. The hot water in the room I was in wasn't hot enough. They only provide a steamer for ironing clothes, for 1 hour usage only. There is no pressing service and i understand laundry service is available only in the morning when the staff goes around the rooms, so not convenient for business travellers who leave early for work. Locality is a bit hard to access and parking lot is closed early. Overall, it's still a value for money hotel and i would stay again.

Hotel bersih karena baru, Untuk lokasi Hotel dekat dengan Mall dan pusat makanan. Untuk mencari makanan dan shopping relatif mudah. Dekat dengan Terminal Bis Trans Jakarta dan Bis Damri Airport. Menu Breakfast bervariasi dan berkualitas serta enak. Alangkah lebih baik bila perlengkapan kamar ( tissue box ) dan dikamar mandi ( Odol , sikat gigi , Hand towel, shower cap, cotton Bud ) ditambahkan.
