The hotel was fine for the price. It's massive and in a decent location. Everything in the room was on the older side. There were stains all over the place. The walls were peeling. A lot of the channels on the TV were not working or had a lot of static.

Terrible Hotel and Awful Staff

The amenities were poor, not enough toilet paper, and no towel at all. We have to request everything for our stay. The safe did not work, and I was told by my colleagues that the safe in their rooms did not work either. The technician came and spent 15-20 minutes, to finally declare they could not fix it. The service staff lied. We were waiting for the shuttle bus to the 2004 Asian International Stamp Exhibition in the near by building, and the shuttle bus never came. When we called the hotel, the front desk staff said the bus "is coming", then a lot of us waited for over an hour, no bus showed up. When we confronted the front desk staff, they shrugged and did not even apologize. This is a terrible hotel.

Vergeleken met andere hotels in Jakarta die in de middenklasse kwa prijs vallen voldoet dit hotel goed. Ik heb vaker in verschillende hotels in Jakarta gezeten en ben op enkele hotels na vaak teleur gesteld geweest over de kwaliteit en de hygiëne. Dit hotel doet het beduidend beter.

Grand hotel de style.

Grand hotel de style. Accueil et service professionnel. Belle chambre, vaste hall luxieux. Taxis à disposition dans la courre de l'hotel y compris pour un départ à l'aube pour l'aeroport. Un petit déjeuner composés de bons gateaux nous à été donné lors de notre early check out. Environs moyen, mais c'est un peu le cas de tous les quartiers de Jakarta?

Seems to be a good location, but sometimes it was difficult to get taxis mainly due to the traffic regulations at the nearby traffic junction. No U turn allowed in the nearby traffic junction which make the motorists to drive an extra 2 km ahead to make the U turn to reach the hotel.

Club rooms which was supposed to be premium are too small in size. There is a small chair in the side of the bed but no-ware comparable to any 4 star hotel. Breakfast is so-so. No omelette at egg station as it was not manned?

not exactly the new kid on the block. this 10 yr old hotel can see the age. In addition the occupancy is very low. on my first two days, there was only 1 floor filled. it is a large hotel and relatively away from traffic. so it's peaceful
