The TV in the room given to us was not working, the receptionist, Sella, graciously helped us move to another room which is more brighter and spacious. She has been very professional, also the manager (he) was very nice.

Долгое заселение (после 15:00) не было подготовленного номера, пришлось ждать. Номер маленький, нет даже шкафа, вешалки висят вместо светильника над кроватью. Под окнами был ремонт (постоянный шум с 9-18 часов). Слабый Wi-Fi, сейф не работает, непостоянная уборка номеров, постель с пятнами.

清々しいホテルスタッフ

フロント係りのスタッフ、ポーター係のスタッフ、レストランのスタッフのみなさんは、微笑んで対応してくれて好印象でした。みなさん若くて清々しい雰囲気も魅力です。ブルーバードタクシーで行きは空港第３ターミナルから１時間２０分程度大凡１８万ルピアで到着しました。ホテルのポーターさんがブルーバードタクシーを呼んでくれましたが、帰りの道では大型トレーラーなどが続々と連なって来て渋滞にハラハラしましたが、運転手さんのルート変更により２時間程度で空港に到着できました。

Pasar Baru近くのビジネスホテル

旧市街のPasar Baruから徒歩3分くらいの立地です。周りはビジネスホテルだらけで、その中の一つという感じでした。ホテルは改装中でざわざわしてましたが、防音もしっかりしていて、その点は素晴らしかったです。部屋はかなりひろくて、冷房が逆に効きにくかったです。朝食も種類があり、良かったですね。次回も泊まろうと思います。

清潔感あり。タクシー利用なら全く問題ない。

静か、スタッフはほぼ平均的、コンビニは1階にある、ビールはフロントで買える、タクシー（ブルーバード)はすぐに来るなど、まずまずのホテルです。シャワーは旧式ですがお湯はいくらでも出ました。清潔感のあるホテルです。

Budget Hotel, and Clean hotel, 10 min drive to Jakarta International Expo depending on traffic., Blue Bird cars stand at the hotel., you can ride immediately whenever you step out from hotel reception., Vegetarians will face problem in the restaurant as less no. of items as per veg ingredients are concerned. We will book this hotel as and when we are in Jakarta.

値段相応ホテル

朝食後初日から、朝食代を払えと言われました。エクスペディアで予約済みで、インクルードであることを説明してもダメで、一旦は、支払わせられるはめに。受け付けで再度エクスペディの画面を見せてようやく納得。お金は戻りましたが、謝罪の言葉もありません。恐るべきクウォリティ。クーポンなどはなく、部屋番号で確認するシステムです。朝食のナシゴレンがおいしかっただけに残念。 タイ古式マッサージ店があるかを訪ねても、知らないの一言で終わり。夜中に出血し、バンドエイドがありますと尋ねても「ない」の一言。もちろん、価格相応ホテルの設備ですが、ホスピタリティはどの従業員さんも高いとは言えませんでした。

1. Hotel staff find difficult in communicating in English Language 2. Breakfast and lunch menu items are very limited 3. At 10 O'clock morning room service announce sandwich is not available, all sold out-terrible 4. while booking online it said coffee kettle and free in-room coffee-sugar will be supplied. But in reality hotel charged rp 10,000 for coffee package 5. In-room ironing facility was not available. 6. Room service for food supply closes at 12 night
