very disappointed for a santika group hotel

Service is below average, the front office forget to provide the user access and password for the wifi, and they need more than 60 minutes to deliver two cups of ice cubes ( after 3 repeated call to the customer services). The bathroom smell bad although it was acceptably clean and the room light is too dimmed, definetely not enough lights in the room if you stay for business and need to works in the room, and the parking spot was so tight and the security/parking services need 40 minutes before I was able to get out from the parking space

the shower area is dirty. the wall and floor tiles are yellowish. it's slippery. had to wash the shower room my own! they don't come clean the room. towels are replaced until we called and requested but that also sent late. a lot of mosquitoes at the lobby. cannot request extra room access card. only one is provided. overall I wont recommend this hotel to anybody at all.
