Fantastic Heritage hotel

Hotel was incredible- genuine heritage location- the royal family have permanent rooms here! Beautiful historic building and very attentive staff. You can walk the walls in your own town and browse museum at your leisure. A fantastic place to break your journey on way from jodhpur to Jaiselmer.

A luxurious heritage hotel with all modern amenities. It is best option to stay in pokaran for someone visiting ramdevra temple. The staff was very helpful . The food is homely cooked and delicious. The rooms are heritage with all modern amenities. Highly recommended.

Stay on June 22

We stayed at your property on the 22nd night while transiting Pokran. As the hotel was listed as a four star property . The minimum expectation was 100 % power backup , clean gecko free rooms and operational air conditioning . We reached the hotel at 8 PM . The hotel staff had to show us 5 rooms before they could find 2 rooms for us . The air conditioning was not working . The hotel had no backup power. We didn’t sign up for staying in a property with no backup power ! How can a 4 Star property have no power backup ? We could not sleep all night due to the sweltering heat ! The air conditioning was completely ineffective. The wifi of the hotel was also not working . The architecture of the property is exquisitily beautiful and the staff helpful. We implore you to get your basic infrastructure in air conditioning, power backup and general property corrected. With these basic things corrected I have no doubt the property will get rated as one of the best in the boutique category. Unfortunately, currently it is far from it.
