Pretty hotel but no luxury, great staff

Babu the concierge was awesome and made all of our excursions very enjoyable. Waiters were very friendly, though some of their clothes were stained/obviously dirty and the restaurant had a fly problem. The room was decent, not luxury by any means but functional. Other guests were extremely loud late at night, shouting in the corridors. We were hoping staff would tell them to be considerate of other guests.... The architecture and decor is very nice. Overall not a luxurious experience at all but the staff is super friendly and helpful. And of course Jaisalmer is arguably the most beautiful place in India. Don’t miss it.

I didn't like the location of the hotel. Though it's a new hotel, it could do better in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast was fine.

Nice hotel outside town in Jaisalmer

Nice hotel outside town in Jaisalmer. The hotel had grand exteriors and the lawn and rooms were very beautiful too. The view from the room was ordinary. The food in the restaurant was delicious especially the Rajasthani food. The Gatta curry and Bajra roti was just perfect though the dal bati was ordinary. The breakfast spread is decent. The staff is courteous and very helpful though they should keep a first aid kit as well. Overall, a nice hotel to stay in Jaisalmer.

The hotel is new but there is lot of things needs to be done. The bathroom is leaking from the first day till we check out and when we asked to the reception about changing rooms, the answer was they had same issues in all the rooms.
