The space
Tathastu has been carefully crafted to present to you and opportunity to stay in a home away from home which gives calming vibes, tranquil breeze and sunlight. The property is well equipped with 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms which is well stocked. The kitchen comprises of modern microwave, refrigerator, electric induction top plate and bespoke mugs & cutlery. Its equipped with a state of the art RO purifier. The living room comprises of a large 55" TV set with free to air smart TV apps for binge-watching your favourite shows. For the voracious readers, it also has and a swing chair corner for you to devour your favourite books. The glass panel of the living room with buddha statue and lush greenery smile upon you as if you're sitting next to mother nature itself! Guest access
Guests need to request access for outer terrace / meditation zone garden as the same is based on garden upkeep requirements. The 3 bedroom unit, living room, kitchen, washrooms and back balcony are free for guests to use inline with house rules.
House Rules
Welcome to Tathastu, Jaipur – A thoughtfully designed spiritual, calming retreat with the subtle fusion of Rajasthani traditions and eco-friendliness. Since Tathastu (hereinafter also referred to as "establishment") is located on first floor (stairs access only) in a residential colony, in order for us to ensure a smooth, comfortable and relaxing stay for all guests, following carefully crafted and binding rules on all the guests are to be noted –
• No shoes inside premises. A separate shoe rack has been provided for the same.
• Dispose Garbage in provided trash cans with segregations as instructed.
• No illegal activities to be carried out within the premises (like bringing illegal exotic plants, animals etc.)
• No smoking (including e-cigerettes, Vaping and Hookas), drugs or fire-arms are allowed within premises. A specific smoking zone is available only for cigarettes wherein it is requested to kindly dispose the butts in the ash-tray provided.
• Turn off A/Cs, fans, lights etc. anytime you leave the room / property.
• No loud activities (a.k.a Noise curfew applicable) between 9 PM to 7 AM
• No parties or events allowed within the premises.
• No unregistered guests / visitors allowed unless prior discussed with host and consented by host.
• Do not Eat or Drink on the furniture in the property (except Dining table specifically provided for this purpose).
• No open flames / fire hazard materials / activities (like bonfire etc.) allowed.
• No non-veg food allowed (cooking or ordering) within the premises. The same, if found, would be penalised at Rs. 10,000 per instance in order for hosts to perform aura cleansing of the property.
• No pets allowed. Registered service animals with proofs are allowed, however, ensuring their care, well-being and requirements shall be the exclusive responsibility of the guest. Any additional cleaning warranted on account of the said animals shall attract additional cleaning fees based on the scope of the same.
• No local guests / travelers allowed unless prior discussed and consented by host.
• Please take care of the keys provided (if any). Lost keys are charged with replacement fees of Rs. 1,000 per key lost.
• Please maintain basic hygiene and safe practices to avoid any mishaps.
• Broken articles such as furniture, cutlery etc. shall be charged with a replacement fees based on the cost of the article.
• Standard breakfast (i.e. milk / tea with cornflakes and bread with butter/jam) is available on request at the time of booking only at an additional fees of Rs. 250 per head per day (to be paid at booking itself).
• Rights of admissions are privileged and reserved exclusively with the host/property manager.
• For any other clarifications kindly contact the host/property manager via website/app.
• No photography of the premises are allowed. In case the same is found, penalties shall be applicable.
• In case you are booking for an extended stay (beyond 7 days), mandatory cleaning shall be carried out on a weekly basis to ensure hygiene for both guests and property for future guests.
• Unless required for fire emergency purposes, touching / usage of fire extinguisher(s) is not allowed.
• Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Any late arrivals/departures without prior intimation to and acceptance by host shall be treated as no-show with amount being charged for the entire day.
• If upon booking the guest does not specify the duration of his or her stay the establishment will presume it is for one night.
• Only 2 adult guests per room allowed. Two Children upto the age of 10 are allowed complementary stay per room, however no additional cots are available.
• Payment must be made on the platform (Vrbo etc.) in advance and any communications between the guests and the hosts before, during and after the stay shall be carried out in writing on platform app’s chat or web only.
• Removing articles from the property is strictly prohibited.
• No changes in the decor or construction of the property is allowed (including hanging articles etc. on the walls etc.).
• Installation of any foreign item, electronic gadgets etc. in the property is prohibited.
• Sub-letting of property is strictly prohibited.
• Entry is non-transferrable.
• It is mandatory for guests to provide original ID scan (Adhaar / passport as the case may be depending on Indian / foreign citizen respectively) during the time of booking and carry the same at verification during check - in. This is to ensure that the guests and establishment are compliant with rajasthan e-visitor / FRRO norms
• Guests and other individuals using the establishment services are asked to make sure their conduct should not disturb other guests. The establishment at it's own discretion may refuse its services to individuals who violate this rule.
• Guests are expected to lock their rooms properly to prevent access of third parties/safety incidents. The Management/Host will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss/or damage to the Guest's belongings.
• The property is meant for calming experience and is located in residential area, ensure there are no complaints from neighbors on account of your conduct.
• Un-washable stains, rips or tears on linens or towels will be charged to your bill.
. Washing of clothes is on paid basis from the nearby laundromat (Dhobi). Ironing can be done via the same on chargeable basis or iron board can be requested along with iron if you wish to do it yourself.
• Parking for vehicles (if guests are coming via road) is on first come first serve basis in open street only and is at guest's risk.
• The guests agree to vacate the property and provide peaceful handover of the same as per the time of check-out after the booking duration is completed.
• The guests agree to not engage in any vandalism or rude behavior with the staff or host.
. The guests agree to turn off switches and electrical appliances (excluding refrigerator and RO) while they're traveling during their duration of stay to help us conserve electricity and reduce our carbon footprint.
• The guests agree to undergo along with furnishing requisite documents, the entire ID and check-in and check-out formalities to comply with rajasthan e-visitor and Beaureau of Immigration, India standards for FRRO form C submission as part of legal compliances
• In case of carrying out cooking / food preparation in the kitchen using microwave, kettle or Electric / Induction plate, ensure the same is carried out as per instructions on the devices. Kindly contact the host/property manager for any clarifications.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted for personal uses only and the guest has to ensure that the same is within their capacity and it's consumption doesn't result in any rude / unruly behaviour by the guest with staff, neighbours or brings any tangible / intangible damage to the property or establishment reputation. Further you warrant that the consumers are of legal age and are consuming on their consent.
• The guests agree to only lock their individual rooms and inform the caretaker if they're leaving the premises so that cleanliness etc. can be done of dining, living and common spaces. Additionally, guests undertake that they shall keep their belongings inside respective rooms at their own risk and that management won't be held liable for any losses of the same.
• In case of any untoward incidents, Guests agree to cooperate with hosts and local authorities to the extent permitted by local laws. Further, guests agree to abide by the laws in force and the house rules.
• You confirm that the booking is made by you as an adult of legal age and that all your guests are either adults or if minors, then they are accompanied with their local guardians / parents.
