Die Unterkunft ist nicht leicht zu finden, denn sie ist auf der 6. Etage in einem großen Wohn-und Geschäftshaus. Der Vermieter selbst scheint auf der gleichen Etage in einem anderen Zimmer zu wohnen, daher ist er immer zu erreichen. Leider sprechen Sie gar kein Englisch. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer sehr sauber.

좋지만 다시는 안감

편안하고 좋았지만 마지막 날 밤에 밤 9시 ~ 새벽3시까지 취객인지 계속 시끄럽게 해서 잠을 거의 못잠.. 방음이 잘 안되고 새벽에 누가 떠들어도 컴플레인 할 곳도 없음 그리고 와이파이랑 데이터 다 안터짐

Buen sitio si estas de paso, muy limpio y cómodo. Por poner una pega diría que pone en la habitación que es para no fumadores y habia un fuerte olor en toda la habitación a tabaco.

Totally not recommend. My flight was delayed for one day so I sent the email to them about the delaying before I arrive. but they canceled my room without my permission, even though I told them everything about my flight and delayed arrival. They even didn't refund for the room. I understand about the refund, because I got a room non-refundable. but they shouldn't have canceled my room and if they did, they should do sth for me. They did nothing but just ignore my complaint. I paid for 2 nights without staying here. It was terrible.

Buen lugar para hospedarse

Es un lugar muy tránquilo y acogedor. Las camas son muy cómodas y el aire se agradece. La habitación está limpia y bien iluminada, no se escuchan ruidos. Además, la chica que trabaja allí es muy agradable, da gusto encontrarse gente así. Si volviéramos a Jaén repetiríamos. Buena experiencia.

Appartement 5eme étage à partager à 8 personnes

Chambre dans appartement au 5eme étage d'un immeuble. Trois autres couples occupaient les autres chambres. Tous les inconvénients d'un appartement en immeuble , bruit des uns et des autres (notre chambre était à coté des wc communs) sans en avoir les avantages (pas d'accés à la cuisine)

Buena relación Calidad / Precio, aunque se podría ajustar algo más. Limpieza general de la habitación aceptable. Los baños aunque limpios se podrían mejorar. Se debería controlar mejor el que los demás huéspedes fumen en las estancias, ya que todos los días olía a tabaco. Cómodos en general para los días en los que estuvimos.

Gran capacidad en resolver problemas.

Hubo un problema a la hora de darme una habitación por problemas internos pero buscaron una solución sin coste alguno y con rapidez. El trato fue muy amable con la muchacha y espero que la próxima vez si pueda disfrutar de una estancia aquí.

No está mal, pero: No pude dormir la siesta porque no pararon de hablar y de hacer ruido, así que si eres de los que entras a trabajar muy temprano y necesitas dar una cabezada después de comer, no te lo recomiendo. No pude secarme las manos depués de usar el aseo y lavarme las manos, porque no te ponen toallas, sino que en el WC hay un rollo de papel continuo, y la punta del papel se habia quedado dentro, tuve que secarme las manos en los pantalones. El personal es muy atento, pero si no fuera dandome una habitación más silenciosa no volvería. Viendo lo educados que son, espero que corrijan estos errores.
