I enjoyed my stay at the Margaritaville San Diego hotel. The location was great. I just wanted to thank everyone for their hospitality and also the land shark restaurant was really good. Thank you again.

I’ve been staying at Paradise Point for literally my whole life (42 yo) my parents honeymooned here before it was called Paradise Point! Now I bring my family. I think PP has gotten insanely over priced. Like way beyond what it’s worth. Paying close to $100 a day in the resort fee and parking fee on top of your hotel room costs is bonkers. Every room has a parking space numbered and designated for that room, why are we paying extra to use the space?? Adding an automatic, 21-22 % (you get zero choice in the matter) service fee to every food and drink purchase is bonkers. It’s just not what it used to be. There are lots of great hotels in the Mission Bay Area. So check out other options.

The property entrance and lobby were well maintained and the staff was courteous and professional. I would have given five stars, but my room had a sink that required maintenance and the bed required new sheets. The staff was prompt with resolving these issues, but it did reduce the level of praise for a visit that would have been graded as outstanding. The saving grace was the wonderful staff and employees at this wonderful establishment.
